This is the
SM-Marks Single licence update download page. Schools
licensed to use SM-Marks can download this file and install it, to
ensure they have
the most recent version of the program. You should only install this
update over an existing licensed copy of SM-Marks.
The file is
approximately 1.1 MB and could take a few minutes to
download
over a slow internet connection.

Before installation
- This
update is only for schools or individuals with a Single
licence. If you have
a site licence you should click
here.
- Making
a backup of your current markbooks is
recommended.
- Be
sure you know the folder where SM-Marks is already
installed.
- This
update assumes there is a valid register.key
file in the
destination folder.
Installing SM-Marks
To install the SM-Marks update on your computer, do the following
steps:
- Close
any applications that are already running and close all open folders.
- Click
on the Start button, and then select Run.
- Choose
the Browse button to change to the folder with the
downloaded file Smkupd1.exe.
- Select
Smkupd1.exe and choose Open.
- Choose
OK.
- Choose
Install.
- Choose
I Agree.
- If
necessary, change the destination folder.
- Follow
the prompts until the installation is finished.
After
installation
- To
check that the update is successfully installed, run SM-Marks
and choose the Help|About command to confirm that
the date
shown is 1st February 2004f.
